Nurture and Restore

Nurture and Restore is 1  1/2 hours of deep relaxation which includes;

• Candles, soft lighting

• Aromatherapy 

• Reiki

• Relaxing music and crystal bowls

• Facial yoga with hot cloths and jade rollers

• Gentle stretching

• Yoga Nidra with lavender eye pillows

• Cleansing/ relaxing/ restorative breathwork  

• Guided meditation 

• Finishing with natural organic soothing teas and fresh fruit/ chocolate 

It is on Friday evenings to allow you to release the stresses and strains of the week allowing you to get the most out of your free time

The investment is £28

Please wear layers of loose comfortable clothing and socks/ water bottle
