Our day retreats take place at Luci Trendle's tranquil yoga venue in Reading. This beautiful, light-filled space offers the perfect balance of calm and elegance—a true sanctuary dedicated to self-care and healing.

The day blends movement, relaxation, and personal reflection to help you feel both energised and deeply at peace. You’ll experience guided relaxation, journalling, gentle but powerful somatic movement, breathwork, yin and restorative yoga, a healing sound bath, and closing meditation—all designed to release stress, renew your energy, and uplift your spirit.​
