This course has been broken down into 4 weekly modules. You can practice these modules weekly or at your own pace. This course will give you an overview of what Yoga and the 8 limbs of Yoga are. - We will practice - 3 types of Sun Salutation - 4 breathing techniques (Pranayama) - How to safely practice some of the core - seated postures (asanas) - standing postures - backbend postures - Practice a series of Yin postures - Learn to let go in Savasana (relaxation pose) With this combined information and practice you will be able to safely and confidently practice yoga at home or in a group class and you will feel energised, relaxed and generally more healthy and present in both your mind and body.
