This is the perfect place to start your Yoga journey or a good way to take you back to the basics and learn a little about the 8 limbs of Yoga, try some different meditations and pranayama techniques.  Following this course you should be able to safely and confidently join any beginner or regular Yoga class. 


The course is made up of 4 x 1-hour sessions. 


The sessions cover an intro to the 8 limbs of Yoga, 3 pranayama techniques, 4 short meditations, Sun Salutations, standing, seated, and back bending poses.
