Arm Balance Workshop - November

This workshop is about getting on your hands and exploring the journey of how arm balances bring you to your edge.


By creating foundations and understanding simple concepts of strength and stability, you will develop trust, self-confidence and the ability to evolve your practice.


We will play around with several arm balances with different ways to enter and hold them:

- Crow pose - Kakasana

- Side Crow Pose -  Parsva Bakasana 

- Flying split pose - Ekapasa Kaundinyasana ll

- Eight Angle pose - Astavakrasana


We will learn how to get lighter in the pose and become fully air born.


This workshop is suitable for those who are new to arm balances and to the frequent flyers.
