About the event
Based on the teaching that thought is creative, we create what we experience through our thought patterns. We have a thought followed by an emotion (energy in motion) which produces actions, which gives us various outcomes.
About 90 percent of these thoughts are random and not necessarily accurate. Also a great deal of our thought patterns and feelings are unconscious and outdated.
The use of chant, Mantra and affirmations can help us to reprogram our thought patterns and increase our conscious awareness, helping us to enjoy more positive outcomes and experiences in our everyday lives.
In the workshop we will start by identifying what it is we wish to change or improve and then will explore ways of bringing that into being, effecting lasting and positive change.
