Service Description

This four week absolute beginners course is a perfect introduction to yoga or a great course to take you back to basics and help to progress your practice through correct foundations and alignment. Learn to relax, detox and unwind. Learn the proper alignment of the postures, sun salutations as well as variances in our anatomy and how to safely practice yoga. If you are new to yoga or you would like to go back to basics, taking your practice at a slower pace, we recommend you book our beginners course. This course runs over a 4 week period and helps you learn the building blocks of yoga practice, discovering the importance of breath and alignment as well as introducing you to meditation and fundamentals of yoga philosophy. If you can't make the day or time for this course, don't worry, I can send you the class recording and will be available to answer any questions you have regarding the session. Once you have attended a beginners course you may then wish to try our varied classes on our timetable, however you are more than welcome to attend another course if you prefer. Places are limited due to our beginners classes having smaller numbers, so we recommend booking well in advance.
